Schedule of Tuition and Fees
2008-2009 School Year
The 2008-2009 school year financial schedule is listed below:
I. Tuition:

**Registration/Book/Activities Fee … For cost of processing, textbooks, and special programs/field trips/yearbook. $50 due with either initial application or re-registration application. $350 balance due/child by May 1. Non-refundable.
III. Transportation: You must give a written notice of termination or you will be charged for the month. Transportation as available is billed by OBCA and should be paid to OBCA at the beginning of each quarter.

IV. Before and After School Care Fees (COOL CLUB): Two weeks notice in writing is required to terminate COOL CLUB services or you will be charged for the two weeks.
*Monthly (Before and After, 6-10 times/week) per Child - $200.00 (maximum per family) $325.00
*Monthly Part-time (Before or After, up to 5 times/week) per Child $150.00 (maximum per family) $225.00
Drop in per session $20.00.
COOL CLUB fees are billed monthly by OBCA and paid directly to OBCA at the beginning of each month.
*The same rate will be charged no matter the number of days per month.
V. Tuition Payment Options: All tuition payments will be made through Tuition Management Systems.
- Annual payment by August 15th with a 5% discount on tuition, no fee.
- Semi-annual payment by August 15 and January 15 with a 2% discount on tuition, $20.00 fee.
- Monthly installments, the 1st or the 15th July through April, $42.00 fee.
