This is Ms. Guarino's third year at open Bible as the first grade teacher. It has been her desire to teach since she was in elementary school and was inspired by her mother and Mrs. Berry, her forth grade teacher at Fullerton Elementary. Growing up she attended Greater Grace World Outreach Church and she is currently fellowshipping at a home church with other brother and sisters in Christ. She graduated from high school in 2000 from Greater Grace Christian Academy, and also attended other public schools growing up, like Perry Hall Elementary, Fullerton Elementary and home schooling for one year. The year following graduation she applied at Maryland Bible College and Seminary and received her bachelors in Christian Education after five years.
Ms. Guarino personally believes that as a teacher she is to compliment the parents; in other words the success of each child's education, in the elementary grades, depends on the teamwork of both the parent and the teacher. This is why she is so thankful to be apart of the staff here at Open Bible and why she feels so blessed to know that so many parents are dedicated to helping their children reach their full God-given potential.
